Coleman and Associates was tasked with designing a comprehensive, contemporary landscape plan for a LEED-certified office complex in the heart of Austin’s tech corridor. Maximizing every opportunity for green space on the compact site, the landscape experience is characterized by a varied plant palette and creative, multi-tonal hardscape. Spaces between buildings and along the site’s edge were treated as landscaped thoroughfares and contribute to the overall design vision. Key landscape features include a sloped entry plaza with feature walls, pedestrian lighting design, tree protection, rain garden and a 400 square foot artificial turf lawn.
