The beautiful Junior League of Austin headquarters building sits on an equally gorgeous 4.5-acre site in the hills of northwest Austin. Characterized by dramatic topographic change, the site’s multi-level landscape design preserves the original integrity of the site while accommodating a variety of programmatic needs and ecological functions. A focal point of the design is a large lawn space for outdoor events and gatherings. Other key features include wild flower fields, pollinator gardens, bat houses, bird houses, a stately welcome plaza and a meandering wooded trail with both open and canopied spaces.
