Texas Tech University’s West Village Student Housing is comprised of a two-building complex organized along an internal east-west pedestrian walkway that unites each of the residential communities. The project offers the student body alternative housing including 61 one-bedroom units, 47 two-bedroom units and 75 four-bedroom units ideally structured for graduate and upper-class students. The complex is designed to meet LEED certification and includes an integrated 5,000 square foot retail and foodservice facility, landscape enhancements and public art.
