Victory Plaza is Austin’s newest office building along the Burnet Road Corridor, situated in a 100-year floodplain and raised on piers. The 3-story building consists of Class A office space, highlighted by 2 separate rooftop terraces on the third floor. A 75-year-old heritage tree was preserved and transplanted 100 yards from the site edge to center, acting as the focus of a shared community courtyard between the lobby and parking garage. The exterior experience on site is further accented by a circular planter and study bar, lights hanging from the tree branches, charging ports in the deck offering tenants the ability to work outside, and a colorful 4-story mural on the parking garage by artist Brady Smith. Coleman & Associates’ scope included landscape, hardscape, and irrigation design.
