This impressive building features an extensive green roof over a subterranean auditorium, an outdoor café, a terrace facing the creek that features rain gardens that are highly visible to the students, relocated live oaks, and beautiful improvements to the pedestrian mall space connecting to Speedway. Coleman & Associates provided input in the master plan, landscape improvements along Waller Creek, design of a proposed amphitheater, rooftop garden, green roof, and tree transplants.
