Coleman & Associates was involved in all landscape design phases from permitting and planting to signage and hardscape design for this Class A multifamily property. The project scope also included site-wide irrigation, custom oversized cabanas, and a large-scale courtyard pool with sun deck outfitted for both exercise and recreation. The Santal is a LEED certified community.
