This high-tech office campus located in Northwest Austin features a courtyard area situated between two buildings. The courtyard area consists of two separate uses: a small passive space for intimate gatherings and a large space complete with a built-in grill, tables and chairs for company functions. The small intimate space was designed to preserve all existing trees. A series of meandering paths that connect the two buildings afford the users the opportunity to get outdoors for breaks, lunch or small group meetings. Coleman & Associates designed all outdoor spaces and provided full construction documents for all improvements and construction administration services.
