Coleman & Associates rejuvenated the exterior of Austin’s Northview Business Center, providing building employees with a new amenity courtyard to utilize as an extension of their offices. This elevated space accommodates a variety of functions and boasts colorful, relaxed seating options for employees to dine al fresco, chat around a generous fire pit, lounge with coworkers, and host meetings or other gatherings outdoors. A cedar shade structure adjacent to the deck provides sheltered gathering or work space; ceiling fans and party lights above keep the area comfortable and festive. One of two decomposed granite patio spaces includes a ping-pong table and room for food trucks to park.
