Coleman & Associates designed the amenity center and streetscape design for this single-family residential neighborhood in North Austin. Streetscape design for Great Oaks boulevard and other neighborhood streets included planting design, fences, sidewalks, entry feature signage, and monument signage. Scope for the amenity center included the layout, pool house design, fences, trails, and a playscape with tricycle paths. Scope also included a wetland pond and concrete privacy walls that were patinaed to match the natural stone used onsite.
