The landscape experience at the Alexan Garza Ranch complex is characterized by two spacious courtyards programmed to facilitate lounging, recreation and play. Coleman & Associates provided design for the central pool that features an infinity edge, hot tub, ample sun deck and fountain. Curated landscape design responds to the pool’s distinctive shape and angle on the site, resulting in a space where planted elements deftly surround hardscape and soften courtyard edges. 3,300 square feet of unused space identified during site analysis is dedicated to a linear dog run. Multiple artificial turf lawns, hammock areas, shade structures and a space for lawn games round out the design.
